SymbioTIC Coop is looking for motivated, skilled, and passionate workers to join our cooperative, in one of the following roles:
Our Cooperative
We have a dynamic, supportive, and engaged team that like to share, collaborate, and also support one another in our collective CiviCRM goals. We have a wide range of clients from small to large organizations.
With over ten years of experience, our cooperative continues to attract a growing number of clients who choose us for our reliability and commitment. In contrast to the excesses of the digital giants, we offer a different approach: humaine, responsible, and rooted in the social economy.
We encourage anyone who fits the requirements of the job posting below to apply. We will review the submitted resume and contact the applicant if we feel that they would be a good fit in our Cooperative.
Our Philosophy
We are invested in working with applications who are motivated to invest themselves in helping us better the cooperative, contribute to CiviCRM, and also want to work long-term for the cooperative.
New workers are non-members for their first year as they get a sense of functioning of the cooperative. After one year, we then determine with the applicant whether the Cooperative is a good fit for them.
New Members work with us on various ongoing projects to determine how they work, help them integrate into our systems, and also ensure everything is running smoothly for the applicant and the Cooperative. After being approved, the applicant can become a member, through an annual fee, and continue to work taking on their own projects and clients.
We take pride in our ability to have a diverse set of skills and knowledge as a team. With that in mind, there are times we need to learn new skills, techniques and technologies which we use to grow our own capacities, but don't offload on our clients.
